EOTC week review

Hello again

last week was E.O.T.C (education outside the classroom) week so that meant no tasks no homework no nothing.( yes!)

Monday: we went up mount kaukau and we didn't think it was going to be fun but it was!


This is on the way down and it bucketed down with rain! but I guess it was fun because I was with my friends and that distracted me little.

Tuesday: on Tuesday we went to El rancho camp it was so fun! we did archery, rock climbing some people did swimming (I did) and tubing. My group first did rock climbing and it was inside. I raced up two of the  walls but the other two I did were a big fail! I just couldn't my body weight up through my hands.

Next my group did tubing.Two words WEAR SHOES

it was fun in the water not when your walking on a rocky path in bear feet. once you were at the river and we were about to go in it was so shallow! so we had to carry a giant tube around about my height over mossy rocks. But once you could actually it down it was so nice!!!!!!!!!

 

Next my group did archery  I was so exited for this I love archery so so much! Its just so fun

after we had all done those activity's we all had lunch and you could choose if you wanted to play in the play ground or go swimming. Only a few other girls went with me to the pool.

 

And that was El rancho!

 

Wednesday: we were supposed to go sailing in Wednesday but it was cancelled so we went to te papa and we did more rock climbing. We were split into two group  some would go to te papa and one did rock climbing first. My group did rock climbing first at fry bergs rock climbing and kayaks. First I did a starter graffiti wall. and moved to the harder stuff. Such as the actual rock wall with bumps and ledges.

Next we went to te papa were we went into the 75 years of air NZ.and I have not been in there until now. And the coolest thing was the virtual reality using the oculus rift but in fact when you look at me it looks like I am asleep!

Thursday: on Thursday we went to the capital E shows the shows we went tom see were The circus of the animals and it was so cool!!!!!!!!!!!there was acrobatics and it was really pretty!

Next we went to see was The big adventure it was all about world war 1/2 and Anzac and it was pretty funny! After that we went to see that we saw our last one was beard beard beard which had history,comedy and a girl who really wanted a beard!

Friday:

on Friday we went to narnville and played a hole bunch of games. And when we went swimming there were two groups and we switched around so we both got to do the activity's and they were diving and survival swimming. Also smoothing called a peanut roll which is basically a flip into the water!
