Grandparent memories

This is a memory of my Nana when on Saturday we went shopping. It was really fun and I saw a lot of new things in some of my favourite shops because I haven't been there for ages! It was really fun to be with her and share time with her.


Another great memory was when I went over to England for Christmas to see my Granny and Granddad. We had a massive homemade dinner on Christmas day and my Granny made her famous Yorkshire puddings. It snowed and we made a snowman but that night a fox took the carrot with its pups it was so cute!

Back from the holidays!

Skiing

Hello my readers I am back and I am going to tell you how my holiday went!! OK the First week of the holidays I  didn't really do much so I won't really talk about that. Lets skip forward a week shall we? OK on the Monday my family and I drove up to Ohakune and for that week we went skiing!


The snow was plush, the tracks were clean and the sun was shining. It was perfect! Well the Monday was at least. I finally after all these years I have perfected my parallel turns ( if you ski you will know exactly what I'm talking about!)! I feel like I have really accomplished something big!


And guess what! The next door neighbours had a dog and he got out twice! Why I know is because the were next to where we were staying. He was white and like a big teddy bear I think he was a samoid? I think his name was Barcher  or something like that.

Armageddon

I also went to Armageddon it was so much fun! if you didn't  know already I am a massive doctor who fan so my mum got my brother dad and I  pass to have a photo with Karen Gilligan !!!!! (if you don't know who she is she played Amy Pond in doctor who) and I got some Tardis earrings and a cute Pokémon t-shirt that had a fake pocket printed on and in the pocket were all the fire type starters!

My Ears Pierced

On the Tuesday of the first week my mum took me to get my ears pierced (if you didn't know I have been wanting my ears pierced since I was 4) because my dad finally let me! I went to this place called Ninjaflower and they were really nice! I got these that they sell there that have flat backs witch means they don't annoy me when I sleep! I am so happy with them but the only thing that annoys me is that I have it wait 3 months to be able to change them!

Narnville

Hello my faithful readers!
I'm back... again (no surprise there)


today I'm going to talk about this terms Narnville activities.
at the start of the term we were doing gymnastics and that was really fun! but at the moment we are doing sports. Now I don't particularly mind that but I'm pretty bad at most sports because as you probably know my LIFE is on my laptop. So sports doesn't exactly come naturally to me. Even through not to brag I'm pretty good at swimming and I've just started netball and I 'm enjoying that but that's a different subject for a different time. So for the last couple of weeks (as I have said) we have been doing sport at Narnville. After 5 weeks we played ripper rugby (not my favourite -_-) and then football I don't mind football and I thought I wasn't to bad. If I could chose a sport to do I would love to do netball.

Learning German Q & A

How do you feel your German lesions are going?
umm.. well I think I 'am doing well in German its also really fun and I 've been picking up a lot


What are something's you have learned?

Will you carry on doing German in collage if not what other language will you take?
Probably not. I do like it and its fun learning but I would have to say I would love to take Chinese  


How could learning a little bit of German could help you in the future?
Well if I ever go to Germany I mite be able to understand a little bit also German is quite similar to our language.






 

Epic School Values

At my school we have school values that are empathy, perseverance, integrity and creativity, EPIC for short. These values are used all over the school. And The value I have demonstrated this week is probably the one I demonstrate the MOST... Creativity. For those who know me personally I know what your thinking Wow what a surprise!

And I probably demonstrated the value of creativity when I did the Galapagos art work and I painted the Galapagos blue frog.And the value I don't show very much is probably integrity I do probably think about myself a little to often!

Books Reveiws: Warrior cats Fading Echo's

Books... I love to read particularly Warrior Cats! That is my favourite!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Series of all time! The latest one I have red is Fading Echo's the second book of the latest series omen of the stars. At the moment things are getting darker for the clan cats. The Dark Forest is rising training cats from all clans with deadly fighting moves. The clans will have to train hard if they have any chance to defend the Dark Forest cats!
I would recommend this book to 10 and up and any-one who loves cats!

The Glapagos Islands

The Galapagos Islands


For the past half term we have been looking at evolution, the Galapagos islands and animal adaption.

I have found this topic really interesting. This term if I had to choose something to study related to this topic it would be dinosaurs that would be fun! with all those names and it would be fun to do dinosaur art! Or we could do like a chicken wire t-rex then paper mashie around it then paint it. That would be really fun and we could use it as our dodge ball mascot!!!!

My new favourite animal from the Galapagos would be..... The Galapagos blue frog, it's so cute!

And if I had to choose a complete new social study's topic it would have to be history about country's and how populations formed. I love history! Its so fascinating how our brains evolved and also I love this British TV series called horrible history!
